Sonicview 8000 Rom File
Official Samsung bug on 2010/2011 modelsI've got some video files with a.TS extension. They do play, but the TV app only thinks the files are around 12 minutes in length when they are actually around 55 minutes. They do play fine if I connect my hard drive directly to the TV via USB. They also play correctly through the PMS client on Windows 7.

From the Wiki's, pay attention to the very last remark (this is valid wich the whole of the Plex-family, since it is the 'bad habit' of the server). ISO, IMG, or VIDEO_TS Movies Name ISO or IMG files the same way as standard movie files: /Movies Batman Begins (2005).iso /No Country for Old Men (2007) No Country for Old Men (2007).img The Beguiled (1971).img For VIDEO_TS content, place the VIDEO_TS folder inside one named as normal for the movie in question: /Movies /No Country for Old Men (2007) /VIDEO_TS Note: ISO, IMG, VIDEO_TS, and other 'disc image' formats are not currently compatible with streaming over the network.
The latest version on the SonicView web site as of March 2008: ModelName: SV-4000 Bootloader: 01.03 Main software: 01.58 The filename for the update is: SV4000_1[1].58_factory.bin and it is the version supported by SonicView. If you call SonicView support you will need to ensure this is the firmware that you have loaded.
They'll typically only work in a desktop Plex client on the same machine as the Plex Media Server. I've got some video files with a.TS extension. They do play, but the TV app only thinks the files are around 12 minutes in length when they are actually around 55 minutes.

This is the same problem I've been reporting here for the last 6 months. Whether it.ts or.mpg which are renamed.ts files they only show a fraction of their real length. I've sent a sample on to Hd1080 and he said he would pass it on to Samsung so there might be a fix coming at some point.

I don't know why this would be a Samsung fix/issue. They play fine with the Samsung built-in player if I connect my hard drive directly to the TV and completely bypass Plex. Actually, yes I have an idea.

I know they were broadcast on HDNET and someone managed to record them to this format somehow. They play fine streamed (wirelessly) to my Windows 7 Plex Client on a different PC than the actual PMS.

Plex doesn't play dvd video_ts folders (that we know) but plays.ts or.mpg files perfectly on all other clients except the samsung one. (Edit: Sorry - I'm referring to rondol1s posting not your reply here!). Sort of related to this topic of.TS files, but has anyone had any luck getting them to stream to a Samsung TV using the new Plex DLNA?
Whenever I attempt to navigate to the folder containing these files, the TV stalls, puts some funky lines/graphics on the screen and then exits the folder navigation completely. Just trying to come up with a workaround to be able to play these. Install Cyanogenmod 9 For Allwinner A10 Devices on this page. TS files until the change is in place. I actually found a solution to the.TS files that worked for me. I used GDSMux to take the.TS file and put it into an MKV container (no re-encoding needed) and they play perfectly through Plex on the TV.

Sonicview high definition allows you to get 1080i on all the best channels with usb 2.0 port Sharp video tuner and much much more. Posted on Saturday, April 21, 2007 - 16:54 GMTNot only I think it is a bad HD receiver I don't think it is capable of MPEG-4 1080i (8psk bit rate) When devices say output 1080i most likely it is 720p with an upscale to 1080i output. If it doesn't say 8*PSK leave it alone don't even think about it Don't get dupped If Captvi*eworks start to sell MPEG-4 8PSK then it is the one you get. RIGHT NOW NOTHING TO BUY. I do think by the end of this year they'll get it right BE*V and DT*V they lower their resolution to save bandwidth where as D*N is the only true 1080*i MPEG*-4 8*PSK.
Posted on Saturday, April 21, 2007 - 17:15 GMTVirtually when they lower their resolution to fit more bandwidth they will claim 'WE OFFER MORE HD BROADCAST THAN ANY PROVIDER.' They think consumer would never detect resolution since they can't measure it. Thank god there is King Tapeman always looking for the best intrest of consumer. I detect the resolution by just looking at it. 'I do this for a living' I don't hack I don't need to D*N and Cable on the other hand at present time got true 1080i. 1920x1080i where available.
I hope this is a helpful tip to all my fellow FTA users to know what is out there. Posted on Monday, April 23, 2007 - 14:12 GMTIt is the other way around Yes to Your post# 1832 'when I scan echo 5/ I don't see a hd channel line up, but when I scan nimiq 2 @82w I can load the hd channel lineup?' I don't think you can load MPEG-4 with MPEG-2 coders. If you can load any channels with MPEG-2 coders cuz they are in MPEG-2 They could be MPEG-2 1080x720p (considered to be HD but low end) You can't load D*TV QPSK cuz they are not MPEG-2 If You can't load MPEG-4 cuz receiver is not capable of MPEG-4 What McCsunny says with an extra module you can get D*N MPEG-4 8*PSK 1080i. Primer Premier Keygen Photoshop more. I do think it makes perfect sense but I still think if an HD receiver need extra hardware to decode MPEG-4 cuz it was never capable of it in first place. They can misslead by saying MPEG-4 accelarator or 1080i output.
What I say don't buy any HD receiver that doesn't have: MPEG-*4 8*PSK 1080i DECODER If it doesn't say that chances that it is not If you want to buy extra modules to be able to get true HD 1080i broadcat I say it is cheaper to subscribe to get limited HD broadcast. You shouldn't have to pay extra money to make HD receivers decode HD Broadcast. Known as 'Inferior receivers'.
