If you do not have that available, and want to try the Vista driver, I think you will find a 'troubleshoot compatibility' option on the rightclick menu of the driver file. Don't know if it helps but I was having similar problems on Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. I downloaded the latest Vista driver from the BT website and then before running the install proogram I right clicked on the install file, selected Properties, Clicked on the compatibility tab and selected run this program as Windows Vista SP2. When I installed in the Vista compatibility mode it worked fine.

Hi I forgot to update this. I got the RTM of Windows 7 Professional last week, and used the quoted method to install the driver. Works a treat! I did this, this afternoon after reading lots about this.

When you go to this website: download the option of Vista. Save it into your windows old file you should have on your HDD drive found on My Computer.
